This service focuses on our proven ability to develop and facilitate transnational commercial and institutional alliances, and to establish and maintain a representative relationship or remote operational base on behalf of multinational clients.
Our Cross-Border Management service is based on a seven-step process:
- Consult with the client to determine realistic client objectives, and measure them against a potential market;

- Facilitate communications, focusing on eliminating cultural nuances and differences that feed into miscommunications (manage cultural differences); and,
- Facilitate an agreement on an exit strategy and manage the exit strategy on the fulfilment of objectives.
