Philosophy

The corporate philosophy of SAM is based around the Japanese concept of kyosei, which translates to "living and working together for the common good."

SAM has adopted a more detailed concept to include "all people, regardless of race, religion or culture, harmoniously living and working together for the common good."

Unfortunately, imbalances in the contemporary world hinders the achievement of kyosei, and SAM considers the need to address these imbalances as an ongoing global mission, as it endeavors to play a pivotal role by actively pursuing kyosei.

Our role is to assist businesses to thrive within their respective areas of activities and expertise. The kyosei vision that is instilled within our work aims to help companies to actively pursue long-term solutions that will prove financially and operationally beneficial.

True global companies have a responsibility to encourage positive and harmonious relations, not only in the course of day-to-day operations but also on a broader scale. Shared visions and goals create the right conditions for prosperity while promoting a balanced approach within the world. Companies with a worldwide presence must also bear the responsibility for the impact of their activities on society, and for this reason SAM's goal is to contribute to the prosperity of the world and welfare of humanity by creating alliances and allowing its clients to realize their full potential.
